Boston Market - East Orange

Came yesterday. on Thanksgiving day to get a family dinner. I have called some paints before I come to the place to see hours of operation on the thanksgiving day and no one mentions that the menu would be changed or changed to their version of Thanksgiving day mealtimes. When I asked about the family meal, I was told first, there were 2 meats .bbq ripen and huh or truthahn with three sides and cookies etc. then abruptly the thin man with the glasses I suspect is the manager clearly said, noisy, it will not serve ribs. I was very disappointed because there was no notification about changes for the menu for thanksgiving online as well. I've ordered more, then the sweet server boy told me I have something to stuff. I told her I didn't eat a filling...may I change it for something else or pay extra for something else....here comes thinner guy interjecting in glasses that tell the female server, I told them to make sure they have to take the side that I could feel the embarrassment, as he could be more subtle or pull them aside. To be honest, he was overlaid and angry. I continued with my order and made sure to check my meal at leaving. I was only disturbed by thinner guy in glasses and not in the position to get my ribs and forced to fill knowingly waste my money as I do not eat that. for future reference when they 're going to their own special location changes for thanksgiving day make them make sure to post it on their website that I don't waste my time coming to this place. Otherwise, the girl that greeted me while entering was great and the man with the tie and the difficult was great. get them with the glasses thin kerl with the glasses .er emphasizes the workers and he has no crack and seems like a bully.

My bf and I went to order food, personal was nice, but when the server lifted the empty container of food to replace it, raw flew out there! and the customers who were there we all looked disgusting. we left. food: 1/5

I ordered the redisserie chicken soup and it is absolutely disgusting. there's no chicken at all.

There was a paper sign with bad fonts that this place is closed. not sure whether that means today or for good.

Nothing makes you want to write a review like being hungry and annoyed. Please tell me how an establishment—whose main source of food is chicken—RUNS OUT of chicken, a whole 90 minutes before they even close.?? Please tell me how. This was literally my first time coming here, and of course this is what I’m met with. Please, do better.
