Bidra med feedbackI visited the restaurant on 11/27 at 3pm and there was only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. I assumed the car in front of me was placing a large order because it was taking a while. When it was finally my turn, the person taking the order asked me to wait. Five minutes later, she informed me that they were out of burger patties. I was disappointed that they didn't mention this earlier and wasted my time. I decided to go to the Saint James location instead, where they were friendly, took my order promptly, and had burger patties available.
Order milk shakes with no whip cream, the young individual who made it put whip cream and the shake itself wasn?t thick but it was basically drinking milk. He was playful with the other coworkers.
I recently tried the Snickers brownie blizzard at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. My go-to favorite is the classic chocolate dipped cone. The service is always quick and efficient, and they even offered a pup cup for my furry friend!
I was here over 2 weeks ago to take my son for some ice cream before he left me for 2 weeks. On what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening turned into just the most stressful time. My cup bottom broke and the entire Blizzard fell in between myconsole. To make matters worse, literally just got my car cleaned 2 hrs earlier. I contacted the store and the next day I amassuming the manager, Jessica contacted me. I told her I would be more comfortable contacting my dealership due to the fact mycar is a lease and going on their recommendation of reimbursement of the earlier wash (which doesn't get the milk product out ofthe carpet and all the hard to reach areas and track). She said that was fine and to let her know. My dealer took some timegetting back and I even turned down the full detail at a cost of $425 and told them it was just the driver side seat. So whenthey came back at a fraction of the cost I sent it over to Jessica. Mind you I have not heard from her since the day she calledand I sent the photos as per her request. I have called, they don't answer when I call but when I block my number someoneanswers and when I ask for Jessica I get a please hold and then someone comes back and says she isn't here. I am extremelydisappointed in DQ's response in this matter. I have been in contact with them but they refuse to contact me back.
I have visited this restaurant several times. The staff is very friendly, but they seem to be overworked and overwhelmed. As a result, customers often have to wait longer for their orders, and sometimes Blizzards and ice creams are thrown out because they were left on the counter for too long. It's important to check your order before leaving, as I have experienced missing items when I didn't. However, this is not the fault of the workers, who are clearly trying to juggle multiple tasks due to being understaffed. Despite the chaos, they are always polite and friendly.
