Saladworks - East Norriton Township

I don't usually visit Salad Works, but I happened to stop by just before closing time without realizing it. I ordered a panini without realizing that the machine had already been cleaned and turned off. When I placed my order, I was informed that the machine was off, but then a coworker assured me they could still make it for me. Despite feeling bad, I considered ordering something else, but she insisted it was no problem at all. Both employees were fantastic and I will definitely return to Salad Works in the future.

We visited this restaurant twice in the past four days. There were two employees working, a woman and a man. The man seemed unfriendly and just stood around, while the woman, named Lauren, was amazing. She took our order, prepared our food without any issues, and was very nice. Our food was delicious. The man, on the other hand, seemed incompetent and lacked customer service skills. He messed up another customer's order and made us feel awkward in the store. He appeared as though he did not want to be there. Overall, Lauren saved the experience both times.
