Pizza Hut - East Mesa

Normally I don 't leave reviews, let alone rude ones but God damn this Particular guy really soured this experience, he was probably 5 '10 is, had a pizza hut beanie on, Dark Hair, darker skin, he was acting like this was more of an annoying thing then anything else. we had gotten the Pepperoni Lovers, a 16 count if Garlic Parm Boneless Wings, and an order of Cheese Sticks. the only thing right was the Cheese Sticks. the Pepperoni Lovers was suppose to have no Pepperoni as it gave us the option to do that. not to mention we got a meat loves instead and the Garlic Parm tasted spicy like it accidentally got mixed with something else. so when we went to try and get it fixed, we where met with rudeness. got told we can 't do a Pepperoni Lovers with no Pepperoni, like I understand if that is the case but why make it a option on here? not to mention why can 't we? we would have liked to know. we basically had to argue with the guy to even get the Melt remade! but since we couldn 't get the no Pepperoni we did get it switched to the Chicken Bacon one. He wouldn 't give us any kind of credit or anything. or even a simple sorry that didn 't sound like a child who doesn 't want to apologize would have been nice. this guy also told us I really don 't care which soured things more. we will not go back to this location. order from here. this was upsetting and a waste of money. yall need to get your people checked, make sure they aren 't treating customers like this. I work in food service so I get it but you still gotta at least pretend like you care about things man! 0 10 I don 't recommend this location at all.We 've had issues with this location before! Had an absolutely atrocious experience with the first DoorDash driver, who stole my order. However the staff immediately remade and resent my order and the second dasher was delightful. This store is right across the street from me so it is my go to, and has always been fantastic.

I was having a bad day. I walked into a very clean place. I was greeted by very polite and helpful employees. I got what I paid for.

I went to pick up my pizza at the time specified. As usual, my pizza was not ready. I waited another 15 minutes for my pizza then an employee kept me for over 5 minutes looking for something. I was so fed up, I asked for my money back. This is just another restaurant with terrible customer service.

Ordered pizza for carryout. I got the Box dinner and when I opened it up the Pizza was wrong and I instead of getting the cinnamon stixs I got a personal Pan pizza. The only thing that was correct where the cheese sticks. I called the store but no one answered. The pizza was good but not what I ordered. Probably won't order from this store again. Also, the pizza came out in separate boxes. That made me question somethings but it was my fault for not asking.
