Over Easy - East Mesa

The food was bland. Plain and simple. No seasoning whatsoever. I was disappointed with the size of the steak I got. If I knew I was getting less than half a pound of flat iron steak, I would have gone to the store and bought it for 5 dollars. I have never been so disappointed with my breakfast meal in my life. The protein bowl was wet spinach with sprinkles of chicken sausage for the “cheap price” of 16 dollars.

The restaurant is bright and sunny. I had the ham steak, which was grilled well. The eggs I got over easy and they were perfectly cooked. The hash browns were crispy on the outside just the way I like. Our server and the staff were just as cheerful as the decor. My sister had the country fried steak and it was golden brown crispy and delicious. The gravy was not the wallpaper paste most places serve. It was flavorful and creamy.
