Ihop - East Mesa

Got the worst case of food poisoning from here. Had ordered on doordash and while I was eating the food I had a bad feeling about the eggs, they were runny and not the best tasting. My waffle was also extremely burnt. Fast forward 4 hours later I am vomiting it all up, was up all night with the worst stomach cramps and nausea. Sorry will never be going here again, nonetheless any other Ihop.

It took forever to get our food. We actually had to have someone check on our food (this was not our waitress). She was nowhere to be found. We were there almost an hour before we got our food. There were at least 6 waitresses working. Only saw one waitress smile the whole time we were there. I guess they are a very unhappy group. Won’t go there again.

Went there last night. Service was so slow. Had my husband pick me up an order today and I asked for lightly done hashbrowns. They burnt one side and didn’t cook the other and they burnt them so much I can’t even eat the other side because they’re all attached. No one knows how to cook hashbrowns anymore I guess. I probably won’t be back. We went here a few years ago and never came back because I wasn’t happy then either. Guess they haven’t changed

I forgot, for once, why our family stopped going to IHOP. Especially this location. Completely dirty, straw paper and black specks floating in our waters.... all... three... waters. How the server could not tell, I will never know. The place smelled horrible. The food was just awful. They had to make my over medium eggs 3 times because they kept making it over easy. My daughter's biscuit was dry and crumbled. It was just terrible. It sucks because I grew up on this place.

Horrible keeping in mind this way early thismorning before the breakfast rush sat down and started off ok the waitress took my order of biscuits and gravy two eggs overeasy and hashbrow bacon and sausage brought my drink right away then waited over 45 mins for our food to finally come just to get biscuits with no gravy something about it just wasn't ready yet ok not a big deal then she brought me two over cooked strips of bacon that turned to dust as soon as I tried to pick nit up and two nasty undercooked sausage links. Then as I was mixing up my.eggs and hashbrow as soon as I'm about to take a big bite there it was a foot and a half long black hair sticking straight up off my fork and that was all it took manager was very apologetic didn't charge me anything which I appreciate cause I wasn't gonna pay any way but doesn't change the fact there should be gravy on my biscuits and no hair in my eggs I won't be back there
