Bidra med feedbackI order pizza from Ciros 2-3 times a month. Once in awhile my kids like to make pizza at home. Ciros refused to sell me pizza dough because it was a Friday. I have bought pizza dough from them in the past. How is it different on a Friday? Does Ciros sell out every Friday. I can’t believe they turned away business and a customer because my kids wanted to make 1 pizza at home. I will not be returning. There are tons of other great pizza shops in the neighborhood.
Refused to deliver me the right order when I was given the wrong
My mother and I had lunch there today. We had chicken parm heros. They were fine. We stayed and you have to pick up your own order and take it to your table. I wasn’t thrilled about that, but that’s how they do things there I suppose. Upon paying and receiving a bag for half of a left over sandwich, the old man who I can only surmise is the owner proceeds to ask the cashier if we paid and restates our order. Not only was that tacky and offensive, it was rude. How did I get the paper bag for my left overs if I hadn’t paid?? The bags are behind the counter with the cashier. I put my mother into the car and went back and that unpleasant clown was now nowhere to be found. I informed the guy at the register that I would appreciate it if he told that rude old man that he was offensive, rude and inappropriate. I also said we won’t be returning and that he is a stupid person who knows nothing about how to treat customers. The nerve… Is business THAT slow? Avoid this place. Take the drive to Paradiso in Rockville center. The food is MUCH better and they l know how to treat their customers. Plus, it’s a much nicer looking place. Instead of being rude and having obnoxious and loud conversations where the customers can hear it all, go invest in an etiquette course. Although I doubt it will help. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Generic food and you’re rude? NO THANK YOU.
Great food, great atmosphere, and great service! Ciro's is the spot when you want a quick bite on the run or a full sit down meal with friends/family. The staff members, especially Alonzo, personally attends to all of your needs expeditiously and the owner, Frank, goes above and beyond to make certain you are pleased. I highly recommend you visit Ciro's and enjoy what Italian's have mastered: the art of making good food to share with those you love!
I get the Three Musketeers almost all the time. It's not on the menu but it's lots of good food. It's a sampling of eggplant, chicken, and shrimp Parm with not only a pasta side but also a side salad. They cater to my specific requests. Great local restaurant. Parking: Spots in front and plenty in the rear common lot. Kid-friendliness: It's a family place. Kids, no problem. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.
