Bidra med feedbackGreat taco stand! They are open pretty late- even later than what I think it says on Google. I came on Saturday 5/12 and asked what time do they close and the lady said 1am.The Al pastor is the popular meat here but they also have several others including carne and 3 other types. If you get Al pastor, they literally slice off the meat from the trompa onto your taco and top it off with a slice of pineapple! Flavor- I wish the meat was juicier tbh but it def hits the spot for late night munchies. $2 per taco.Located right off of Beverly and Atlantic in front of what used to be the Pep Boys so parking is a breeze in the parking lot. There’s street parking but those are usually taken.During the day, there’s other food stand nearby. Like a birreria one but by night time I think they close up. This food stand opens later in the day but stays open later. It is the last one down Atlantic before you get to the Monterey Park side. You order what you want then add your own toppings. They also provide plenty of sauce containers and bags to pack your salsa and toppings to go.They also sell beverages like horchata and water.
Good tacos..beware they always overcharge!!...rateros!!..
Too pricey for who she is established she prep food in a warehouse that doesn't meet with health department regulations, transportation of food also not on approved vehicles. Food under time temperature abuse, preps water on floor surfaces, prepping environment is filthy plus you see rats running around. Washes pots, pans and dishes are washed in the streets where she sends her employees to work without a permit. I have more videos but videos can't be uploaded here!
I used to think this were the best tacos anywhere, I even put a very good review on line. Today at 1230 am...i was very disappointed !!!!!!! I will no longer recommend this place and I will no longer be a customer. What i saw was unhealthy and disgusting and im contemplating on. Calling the health department. As im about to start eating my tacos, I noticed that one crew member had a gray container and he dropped it, some of the meat thst was inside dropped out of the plastic bag and unto the floor. The guy picked up and placed it back inside the bag with the rest of the meat. The container was covered and left to be cooked later. I couldn't believe it. I mentioned it to the guy that served the al pastor tacos but he just brushed it off. NO MORE TACOS LA GUERA FOR ME!!
I like their fresh ingredients. Al pastor tacos with pineapple were great.
