Mcdonald's - East Los Angeles

I really like McDonald's, their breakfasts and delicious coffee to start the day.

On 3/16/2024 at 9:33 PM at 5545 Whittier Blvd, East Los Angeles, CA 90022, my order number was DW16. The waiter brought me the wrong order and gave me less. When I asked about it, she was very rude and told us to leave. I ordered two large hamburgers and a small chicken burger, but she only gave me a small chicken burger and a small beef burger, which was too different from what I ordered. She gave me less and brought me the wrong order. When I went back to ask her, she was very rude.

They ignored me at the drive thru and were not open during posted business hours. If this was my restaurant I'd revise my management.

I think the food might be contaminated. We had bought it last night and now throwing up.

They literally skimmed our debit card information at this location, we only used it once that day and it was at this location. Idk which employee it was but it was this location. They tried to order 200$ worth of dominoes and 90$ at WingstopThe people gave us the address to the people who ordered that off our card and they live within walking distance of this McDonald 's and the name they used was Jesus . I doubt they used their real name. But ya , we confronted the manager , they could care less, we confronted the people at their house and they were GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY . luckily the pizza guy called the driver and canceled their 200$ order. Hahaha don 't go to this McDonald 's or trust them with your card here ! No no no !
