The Hummingbird - East Hertfordshire

They would like to give the restaurant 4.5 stars. There were many employees, perhaps too many, as they were constantly standing around. The starter was excellent. The roast was good, but they deducted half a star because it was dry. Additionally, they were initially overcharged by £50 until they brought it to the staff's attention. The waitress did not apologize, but sent someone with the correct bill. Overall, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly, and the food was presented very nicely.

Sunday lunch here was excellent. Food plentiful and tasty I had the loin of pork! Desserts were just as good but asides the excellent attentive service the highlight were the excellent tendered cocktails and great value Cab Sauv from California.

Fantastic!!! Beautiful interior, fantastic service and delicious food. Brilliant team, friendly, efficient, great with kids and really welcoming. Very glad to have discovered this place and have already recommended to many friends. Thank you, we will be back

We went to the Hummingbird after our registry office wedding in Hertford and we could not have asked for a better place to celebrate with our witnesses and son! We ate at the big table in the middle which felt so special and were greeted with a glass of prosecco on the house, which was so lovely! The food was gorgeous, especially the dessert, we had the banoffee pie, it was to die for! Highly recommend this place for any occasion!

I would classify this place as adult or human that would have enough minerals! it is a perfect night out, regardless of the situation and rules/laws etc. No matter what they have as people/arms! brilliant! they have enough minerals and the man who has contributed! they have more on you! perfect and thank you again a call from the happy moments! easy!
