Dils - East Hertfordshire

The food was absolutely incredible and the people were simply amazing. During our weekend visit to Hertford, we were blown away by the hospitality of the owners. I highly recommend this place.

I have always been a fan of this restaurant when it was Dil's. This was my first time trying it since the ownership changed. The food was beautifully prepared, delicious, and perfectly spiced. I appreciated that it wasn't greasy or heavy on oil and ghee like many other places. The staff was friendly and the delivery was fast.

The food was delicious. However, it would be worth trying if the restaurant didn't have a strong musty smell.

Delicious! I always order the aloo tikki chaat, which is absolutely heavenly. Everything I have tried at this restaurant has been amazing.

Eleven of us recently dined at The Spice Hut and we were impressed by the flavorful assortment of herbs and spices in our dishes. Despite being busy, the service was top-notch and welcoming. This hidden gem in the heart of Hertford is definitely worth a visit.
