First and last time They sent out hash browns with the onions on top ??‍ I sent it back then they come back burnt!!

Do not eat from this place!!! There was a fly in my food. I called to let them know and I was told to bring my food back with the receipt. I told them I couldn’t leave work to do this at the moment and wouldn’t get off until 3pm. The guy told me to bring it back the next day with my receipt. The fact that they wanted me to hold onto the food with the fly overnight was disgusting. They didn’t want to do anything else but this which I feel they just wanted to inconvenience me

The employees are extremely rude. They don’t know good customer service. I don’t know if they need help or a course on how to run a business with subpar customer service but I would not recommend. Food also bland.

The food and experience was good until I gave the server my card to pay and he failed to let me know they were going to take an extra $2 from my card. When I brought it to his attention he was unapologetic and basically blew me off.

I ordered food frequently from Maria’s in Hazel Crest. They had a habit of not adding the requested extra cheese but charging me for it so I always had to check the order before leaving. On my last day there, they didn’t add the cheese. Initially they refused to add the extra cheese which I was charged for. Finally they slapped cold cheese on my hot dish. I asked if they would at least microwave the cheese so it would melt. For the life of me I can’t understand why they refused. I was courteous and didn’t raise my voice. The cashier there was never polite from day one so I really should have ceased patronizing long ago. He was the one who refused to accommodate me even though he wrote the order. I wrote the owner about my experience but never heard from him.
