Chili's - East Haven

Omg, where I can start, everything was delicious. compliments to the cook and the waitress, the barkeeper tho needs more training. the drink I ordered was so beautiful that he matched my outfit so well, but the taste was easy. the alcohol-drink ratio was off to make the drink a little strong and less tasty; eating on the other side finger licking well everything on my teller was made to perfection the only reason I had left eating was so I could try my sister. I ate it in the car. my friends eating was also good and that mango habanero is to die for I got it as a big sauce and dipped everything in him 10 starzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Fantastic an administration, very clean and well run. the host immediately took care of us. our waitress was very sweet and attentive. I would like to sit next time in her section. (the presto had technical problems or I would have left a review there. I hope you still get the credit! (table 21)

The employees were very warm for our group of 15 (13 adults with impediments.) they treated us with the greatest courtesy and respect. and for the 9.00 $ lunch combo meal we got a lot of food and it was delicious!

Thanks to manager wants he went up and beyond to fix a mistake on my dinner bill. the electronic payroll display was switched to several tabs, so if my bill was paid, it was for another table and twice the amount. this special chili’s was one of the best round, but by manager will’s quick answer to this billing error. this made an excellent business. one that still cares about her customers. BTW.. for Sunday football fans this could be the place to go with friends, family or even alone. how you can eat great, good prices and service as well as a manager and employee who care about customer service. Thank you.

They definitely are having staffing issues, like many places. I think when we went they may have had someone from the kitchens serving? He told me not to order a drink because it was nasty (i liked it), and kind of forgot about us for awhile. My partner's food was cooked great and delicious, but it was cold. My burger was great. They forgot our appetizer, and getting his attention was difficult because he kept getting called aside by the manager he told us that himself. I bet this place could be great though.
