Unfortunately, the cakes and vegan wellington were out, but a nice eating all the same. staff very friendly and helpful. observe our nutritional requirements and warn where a court we had chosen does not fit. very helpful after our accident with our latte.

This is an absolutely charming country pub. a roaring fire, delicious food, great drinks and fabulous service for an absolutely fantastic evening. my lemon chicken and heap and sink Risotto main was delicious and our entire group had an absolutely beautiful evening and were very well looked after by the fantastic staff team. a joy, we'll be back soon!

We have visited many times over the years for large family get togethers, birthdays and smaller groups and always had a warm welcome and delicious meal. Today was no exception just the two of us for lunch me and my dad and the staff are really lovely, the lunch menu was superb (I recommend the chicken and ham pie in tarragon sauce and the fish and chips) and it was every bit as special as any time we’ve been. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again soon.
