Osmow's Shawarma - East Gwillimbury

One of the best location I can say in all over Ontario because i tried other location also but this location perfect the employee the way they make your shawarma no word .

My wife and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and we were tired of the same old burrito or burger choices. We drove into the plaza on our way home and saw Osmows. I remembered their funny commercials I so told my wife let’s try a new place and see what it’s about. The young man in the black turban who greeted us was super nice and super friendly. I explained it was my first visit and he took the time to explain the menu, the types of food they have and what’s most popular. My wife had the shawarma and I had the chicken and rice bowl. We shared our meals and we both agreed they were delicious. If you’re looking for some great food made by really great people, I urge you to give them a try. We did and we loved it. I highly recommend them.

I have called them at least five different times to order 30mins before close and every time they tell me they have no food.left. I used to come once a week with my family and spend over $50. I am done now..

I normally don 't leave reviews but with the same issue occurring three times, I decided I just had to. Third time is the charm. This location is listed as being open until 10PM. However, I have been THREE times now around 8PM and have been told that they have run out of food , run out of rice etc. I simply do not understand how a fast food establishment runs out of their staple food items. One instance we were told that they would have to cook more rice which would take over 45 minutes. Which is not fast , by any means. My thoughts are that if they are starting to run low...start cooking more rice BEFORE you run out. It 's frustrating to drive to a location, hoping to purchase meals and then having to drive elsewhere. Looks like we will be changing our go to Shawarma place. Not impressed.

This is the best place ever for a veggie shawarma. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with a great service.
