Waiting 15-20 minutes for a bowl seems to be the norm here, even if I’m the only person in the store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Worst customer ever. Rude and ignorant. Serves cold protein a day claims that's standard and listed on their menu which it's not. Manager Karen is equally rude....
