Noodles And Company - East Grand Rapids

I love noodles and Company. However from all locations cities and states I had noodles this location has been the worst. I took my child to eat he favorite dish. Egg buttered noodles. And I forgot to ask without parmesan cheese because my child doesn 't like it. I asked the supervisor if they could give me another replace even though it was my fault no remembering about the cheese. The person said no problem I saw him making the dish again. He came to my table to give me the egg buttered noodles saying in a sarcastic way the noodles with no cheese my kid barely ate the plate because ther was a pinkish stuff all over. My little one was so afraid that pinkish thing was cheese that she barely ate her food. So I ended up giving her my pad thai. ??

Absolutely love their Korean meatballs. They have signs up about the Mac n Cheese being 50 cheesier. It still seemed dry to me.

The girl behind the counter had zero personality. When asked by a customer if they had napkins she snapped “No!” Very rudely and abruptly. When she brought my food to the table she literally dropped it in front of me like she was mad at me. For what, I have no idea but observing her taking orders… never smiled, never asked what the customer wanted, just blank stared at them. Now I get the “hiring” sign out front. Meal was ok. All else was not.

Tad dirty inside. Counters, floors, and drink stations all needed a good cleaning. The food was great, though.

Food was OK some of it came out colder then would have liked. Service was great friendly but tables all of them were dirty and had crumbs on them. Would go back and try again.
