I had to wait for 45 minutes for an undercooked chicken burger and frozen fries, making it the worst food I've had in years. It seems like the restaurant was short-staffed as many other diners also appeared unhappy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: A$20–40

Food is sub par, and so are the drinks available. My family and I went here for lunch and we all did not finish our food. The burgers and sandwiches may look good in photos but taste quite mediocre. The Fillet Oh Fish burger has 3 thin pieces of fish which is used for their tacos making it frustrating to eat. Definitely better places to eat in Gosford. What an adorable little cafe! Amazing vibe and atmosphere! The food tasted delicious with great servings and prices. The coffee was fantastic with talented Latte art! Regardless of how good or how bad the service is you expect basic hygiene standards to be followed ... Firstly they allowed a dog into their counter and kitchen area as the dogs owners sat and had their coffees and then the wait staff and kitchen staff all patted the dog and went on to serve and handle food without washing their hands or wearing gloves .. That's simply inexcusable ...if I wanted dog on my food I'd go to a kennel no matter how clean the animal may or may not have been ...But the real issue is if this is their normal standard can you imagine how bad their standards overall are?!?!
