Five Guys - East Glenville

I ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries for delivery and only got half my order and I called them. They had me pick up the other two burgers, and the ones I got at home became cold and soggy. When I went in explaining my 2 burgers at home will be cold, he said “we should re-do the whole order” and l said “yes you should” and I waited in the parking lot and received just two burgers in bowls they forgot to get delivered to me. When I asked where’s the whole order, he said he never agreed to that. I wasted $80.00 for 4 cold burgers, plus time and gas for me to get my whole order, plus paying Uber eats fee and 20% tip! I rarely order delivery because it’s so expensive, but my wife had major back surgery 4 weeks ago and decided to treat my family. Never again will I order from them. What a mess.

I enjoyed myself! Food/Drink: Really well cooked, decent variety on the menu. Typical sandwich, burger you would expect. Burgers are juicy and delicious. A bit messy but delicious. Appetizers: None. Bread: Bun is a little flat, it's your typical $1 store burger bun. The lettuce wrap gets even messier but a good alternative. Dinning Area: Average size, open concept. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively expensive. Cheeseburger (2 Pattie's), Regular Cajun fries (small), and a small drink (22oz) hit me at $17.54. Parking: Large, shared lot, wrap around just off the main road. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and one person, sizeable. Atmosphere: During the weekday night off season, winter still pretty steady, but not unmanageable. Staff/Attendants: Cashier was Great and highly motivated, very nice dude, and relatively attentive. Awesome experience! 8/10

Do NOT order with the app. It said the order would take 11-13 minutes. It has been FORTY FIVE MINUTES of waiting and they just started on my order. Meanwhile people are walking in, ordering at the counter and getting their food. One woman got five burgers, fries, and a shake. How is this possible
