We ordered Slim Chickens for five people and had it delivered to our van on the other side of the complex. Unfortunately, only three of the five meals arrived and there was no way to contact the restaurant. I had to run to Slim Chickens to inform them that the two missing meals were for my kids. There was no apology or offer to deliver the missing food, leaving us to eat the adult meals cold. It was a disappointing experience, especially since we enjoyed the food during our previous visit. Despite some mistakes on the first visit, we had enough food to feed everyone.

This restaurant is terrible. I've had numerous bad experiences here and don't even want to list them all because it would just echo what others have said. Half of the menu items are unavailable, the managers are lazy, and it's clear that they are understaffed and overworked. The tables are dirty and the chefs are lazy (they wouldn't poach an egg for me as listed on the menu, but offered me leftover scrambled eggs instead). One waiter admitted they are too lazy to even open the BBQ on the deck, called "The Terrace". I've heard the food there is good, but I wouldn't know because it's always closed, even on hot days. It takes about 15 minutes to get a drink if you wait in line, but thankfully you can order food and drinks by scanning a QR code on the table. Unfortunately, many items are often marked as unavailable. Overall, this place is a mess and it's disappointing that it is the main dining option at this location. The only positive aspect is that you can easily go to a nearby mini market and buy drinks to enjoy at your table since the waiters "don't get paid enough to care" - their words, not mine. This place is just terrible.

Went with the family, tried to order vegan food they had nothing. (It was not stated on the menu about there being no vegan options available that day either).

Food was amazing and great value. Waitresses struggle to keep up with table cleaning at busy times but overalls great value and great food. Well done Weymouth bay

After 6 yrs of coming here this is by far the worst we've ever experienced. Not only was there hardly any food available on the lunch time menu and some meals were bland. Ordered of the evening menu Thai green chicken curry to receive what can only be described as green bean soup! Malaysian style noodles a vegetable dish and the only veg in it was mushrooms, kitchen had ran out of any other veg but didn't tell us. Children enjoyed their meals. Service as polite as the staff are was slow and even had to be asked to clear the table before serving pudding. Real shame it's gone so down hill as it once was a favorite of ours.
