Joshua's Harvest Store - East Devon

This is the best Ploughman's meal I have ever had. The food for the entire family was of great quality and reasonably priced. The service was quick and all the staff were polite. I would highly recommend paying a visit to this restaurant.

My family and I often go to Joshua's for lunch and shopping. Recently, while my sister was using the restroom, she found it in a bad state from the previous user. She informed the serious-looking owner and two of the waitresses who usually serve us. Instead of addressing the issue, they began to criticize and make fun of my sister. It's disappointing to see such rude behavior from a place we used to enjoy. It's a shame that we can no longer visit due to the lack of manners and immature behavior displayed by the staff.

Pleasant enough but the reason we won't return is that I had to clear all the dirty plates from our table and the wait for our coffee was so long we nearly left.When it was eventually delivered to the table I had cleaned ,there was no apology for the lengthy wait. Coffee ok but not made to feel it was somewhere I would want to return.

Service wasn’t very good they loud at our order so we had to wait a while. Tea was expensive and very poor quality. Victoria sponge cake was nice.

We went for lunch at Joshua's on Sunday. The staff were happy, friendly polite. The service was swift the food fresh plentiful well presented. The shop is really nice to browse around with many surprizes to find around each corner.
