Forgot a few of my items, contacted Doordash and they told me to contact Village Deli directly since they use their own driver. They didnt answer and closed at 3pm and I still dont have my items refunded. This back and forth shouldnt happen.

Food is great but delivery takes over 30 minutes if they use their own staff instead of assigning to a door dasher.
