Domino's Pizza - East Bridgewater

I waited 40 minutes after finish ordering online, the tracker on the app was on quality check for more than 20 minutes until I decide to reload the app. Once I did that it would say I didn’t have any order under my number.I called the store to ask what was going on ‘ cause I was waiting for a long time and they said they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t had the order on the system that I had to redo it all again so I could get it.I wish I could post here all the pictures and confirmations from the order I made and they said I didn’t. Not the first time they screwed up my order.

Pizza was fine but i legitimately (not exaggerating) ordered my pizza around 845 and it didn’t come until about 1025 that’s almost 2 hours for 3 small pizzas. absolutely ridiculous. 30 mins into waiting, after seeing it was still on the “prep” stage i called and he said 25 more minutes. it was over an hour after that phone call. unreal

Delivery driver was so wonderful, tipped him an extra five dollars for his late night delivery.

I have NEVER had a single problem ordering at this location. I strictly order carryout. Our pizzas are always fully loaded. Our parm bites are absolutely delicious and completely smothered in the parm, butter, and garlic. The tots are delicious. Everything is perfectly cooked. We never go to a different location because we've been disappointed by other stores. This one never fails us. Order carryout.
