Great food and customer service at kilmarnock burger king. Restaurant manager was so helpful and friendly.
A family visit after going bowling. Terribly long wait for substandard food experience at an expensive price. One burger was uneatable. No coffee just a small range of fizzy drinks out of a machine. Disgusting- avoid.
Wouldn’t advise taking children to this restaurant as a member of staff has just told my son to move out of the fu**ing way when he was standing at the door. This was after she had already sworn at children five minutes previously. I understand staff can receive a lot of hassle from unruly children but speaking like that to an 11 year old boy who isn’t actually doing anything is completely inappropriate.
