This inconspicuous restaurant, located in a bustling neighborhood, offers a superb dining experience that perfectly encapsulates Latin American food. Each item on the menu at Las Brasas Grill is blended with traditional spices and real ingredients to bring customers to the heart of Latin America. Every dish is an ode to Latin American cuisine, from sizzling fajitas and tender grilled meats to tangy ceviches and savory empanadas.
Good food and decent one person for the whole restaurant service. The server was all business and a no nonsense type person. We saw her quickly and briefly. The order was correct and my wife's food was delicious. My food was surprisingly underwhelming, not bad just adequate and forgettable. The chicken for example lacked the seasoning usually associated with Mexican food. It tasted like boiled chicken. The chips were stale but the salsa was outstanding.
Food is decent, service is slow even when we are the only ones sitting outside.Frozen margaritas were mostly ice cubes and flavoring, no alchol.I suggest they better train their waiters and actually add alchol to their drinks
I really enjoyed my dining experience here. Our waitress was very friendly, and she arrived with a big smile on her face. I ordered the flautas dinner and they were crispy and delicious! The little pieces of steak that came on the side were delicious and tender. My girlfriend ordered the Enchiladas verdes and the green sauce was delicious. We also had the Texas Margaritas and the flavor was very good. Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience.
I've said it before, I am a Huge Mexican food fan! This place was average at best. Chip salsa was ok but not spicy at all. I asked for hot sauce on my tacos thinking it would an authentic homemade hot sauce. But what I got instead was Frank's Hot sauce. Love Frank's, but on my wings! Not on my tacos. There was a side of guacamole but it seemed more like just crushed up avocado. The chips that came with the food were definitely store bought. Likely Not coming back. In my opinion, Chipotle is more authentic! Especially for the money I spent! Lunch for one $21.00!!
