Bidra med feedbackWe had an extremely devastating experience while we feed here with our family of 4 tonight. It took more than 10 minutes until our server welcomed us (was it because we sat outside on the terrace? , and when we ordered our food, our son was served 1. and then we waited more than 15 minutes for the rest of our food. Everything came out cold and when we had finished eating, I had to go to the restaurant to find our server so we could finally get our check. The host sat in a booth and spoke to another employee when I asked where our server was and he 't time up, and just pointed and said it over there. The restaurant was not even busy, there were maybe 6 complete tables with patrons (on a Saturday evening... . While the food is delicious, the service is really appalling. Dine at his own risk!
At least they explained that they had only one waitress while visiting. But this special restaurant location was always a kind of pain to visit. Get food commands wrong, wait awhile trying to calculate on Sodas in the child's meals when they expressly say they are included in the price. I could avoid this place for a bit. BUT, when they met their brand on good days, the food is pretty good, so I gave them two stars.
On September 1, 2022, Gelina's had her first night of work and she definitely made our night! She was so much fun, polite, and professional at the same time. The food was amazing and the service was top-notch. Thanks to this experience, we will definitely be returning often. - Greg and Misty
I've been fed with Buffalo Wild Wings for years and never had such a terrible experience. There was a MULTITUDE of problems and have never experienced such a bad service. Long story short our waitress (Middle Aged Female, Heavy Set) was EXTREMELY rude, did not check in with us, did not provide any service and tried to throw us out while EATING. It must be withdrawn or fired, but our small group has never been treated so badly in any facility. She shouldn't be in the food industry. Only one FYI of the place was not crowded, there were several waiters on the staff, and another to bring the food. So it wasn't like this person worked over. My group (3 people including me) was going through and needed a dinner in the late evening before checking in at our hotel. We sat down and started looking at the menu until the waitress came to take our drinks orders. We wanted to get an alcoholic drink, two of us had our IDs with us, one left their in the car. So, if you're asked for an ID that's a normal protocol, and to realize that they forgot their ID, it was just to order alcohol. Since we (the other two) showed their IDs, the waitress makes a comment when drinking from your alcoholic drink, I have to take away your drinks. So after this comment we simply rejected the alcohol in general because the evil comment. None of us was underage and while the normal protocol, we were only really for dinner and drinks would not have hurt. Because of the bad comment, we simply rejected each other. So when we were ready to give the food order, the waitress then goes and says I'm not going to take your food orders now, I didn't bring anything to write it again in a very evil way. So she comes back with our drinks and takes our food order. Two of us had quickly brought our food out, the other food order lasted 10 15 minutes to get out. We had to ask her to go to the kitchen to see if she was ready. Our whole food was cold and not fresh. The order that had 15 traditional wings came with ALL the sauces mixed nothing. The waitress never checked us. She brought all blue cheeses/Franch late. We have never asked for refills for our water/soda. One of the people who showed her an ID asked for a beer, she didn't answer, hardly nodded her head and just went away. So when we start eating our food, the waitress immediately asks if we want the check. We obviously assumed that she hadn't even brought the beer that a person had asked. She remembered and brought the beer and asked us again if we wanted the check. We just started eating and she was very rude to ask us to give us our bill so early. It was not even time to close, and all the other tables she was waiting had not given her bills. The bill was only shy of $65 and we decided to leave this amount and not pay a tip. The
Andrew was the best! Fantastic costumer service!! Very personable and outgoing. Service was quick and he was very attentive. Will return just from the fantastic experience he provided.
