Ihop - Easley

The service in this establishment wasn't great. It took 10 minutes before anyone came to serve us, and after our orders were taken we were totally ignored. We tried to call our waitress multiple times, yet we were still disregarded. After we had gotten our food and had finished our meals, our waitress brought us the check. We sat at the table waiting on her to come back and let us pay, but she ignored us once again and we were left waiting for over 30 minutes. We stopped one girl cleaning a table to help us pay and she did, which then we were finally able to leave after spending more than enough time inside of the restaurant doing nothing.

Sat down in an almost empty restaurant. Waitress was friendly and accommodating. Management was heard reprimanding a staff member, apparently someone didn 't check in with her. Later we could hear some one wasn 't showing for the 2:00 shiftAfter served Breakfast, which was longer than normal, the waitress returned with the check, take your time ...then a moment later asked for payment because management was shutting system down! WTH! Yes, I would have enjoyed after breakfast coffee but we didn 't feel welcome.It will be a long time, if I ever darken this place places doorstep again.No wonder it was near empty!!!

Very polite service. Very nice and clean place. Wonderful experience for us and the kids. I would most definitely recommend and be visiting again.

Horrible service at this location they had us sat pretty much right on top of the other customers literally to the point the other customers kept pushing our table back with the back of their chairs, and wait time?! Dont get me started...Me, my wife and daughter waited on our food for over an HOUR and when it finally came, it was literally cold to the touch to the point my wife couldn 't even chew half of hers. My kid didn 't even have any kind of heat to her wannabe chicken and waffles she prdered.powered.. only ate maybe 1 piece of chicken she didn 't even bother touching the waffles. Trust me, go to another location other then this one.
