Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and got the wrong burger and missed a order of fries. Burgers were nothing but char and Fries were cold. Disappointed to say the least.

Paid $8 for a chili cheese dog. Went home and had no cheese or onions. This is totally unacceptable and not worth a trip back.

Don't waste your time going here. It used to be good, but that was a long time ago. The chicken is dried out and has glue in it. The burgers look and taste like they were scraped off a grill that hasn't been cleaned in weeks, the cheese they put on it is too small to even see, and if you're lucky enough to get fries that haven't been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, they'll forget stuff in your order so by the time you get to them they'll be stale. I don't know if it's new management or just negligence across the board but my family will never go here again.

Tables all dirty, place a wreck. Food basically stunk. Employees all standing around talking. All while Motown music blasting the entire time. Not my usual experience here, ?‍ what happened today. But it sucked!

Ms. Francis was so amazing! She took such good care of my and my family when we stopped by.
