Oporto - Earlwood

One of my favorite Oporto locations. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I have never had any issues with the staff - they are very patient and helpful. They always make sure everything is in the bag, including the sauce. Sometimes the staff even helps carry items to the car if needed, and the parking is convenient right outside the door.

Under new management, the staff at this fast food restaurant is surprisingly attentive. My meal was brought directly to my seat, and they even added extra Bondi sauce to my fresh chicken, just as I requested (unlike some other Oporto locations that tend to be stingy with the sauce).

The restaurant has a nice and modern ambiance. The food was generally good, although the chips could have been cooked longer for extra crispiness, they were not undercooked.

I recently went to Earlwood oportos and oh golly oh gosh was i happy to be greeted by a young man with great manners. I ordered my food and received it in A WHOPPING 2 MINUTES. GREAT SERVICE, SO PLEASED. Anyone who is writing a bad review about this place is off their rocker. Owner please see this a reply would make my year. Definently will be back as soon as i finish this fn game im about to win. P.S I didn't catch the workers name but i would give him a pat on the back!!, he was raised very well i would like to meet his parents.

Fantastic customer service. They were out of whole chickens when I ordered, but called to let me know and offered to swap for fillets and tenders. 10/10 would go to again.
