Ealing Balti House

We ordered dinner late at night and all of the dishes were very delicious. There were options for both vegetarians and meat eaters, with some dishes being mild and others being spicy. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this local restaurant.

The food at Ealing Balti House was disappointing, with overcooked prawns and a very dry mixed grill. When I called to complain, they tried to blame Just Eat. It seems they did not cook the food or even deliver it, yet insisted it was Just Eat's fault because I ordered through them. After 20 years of patronage, this will be my last visit to Ealing Balti House and I will caution others to be cautious as well.

My partner and I dined at this restaurant tonight as part of the 'eat out to help out' scheme and we will definitely be returning. We would gladly pay full price for this delicious food. We ordered a chicken tikka masala and chicken shashlik, both of which were fantastic. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We absolutely loved it!

Our food was over two hours late. When we rang up to check on it, the man was rude and dismissive. When it arrived, it was missing several items. When we rang to ask where they were/for a refund, he refused to refund us and said ask Uber eats, it 's not our problem , despite the fact the restaurant provides its own drivers. The rice was stale and overall the food was quite disgusting. Would not recommend anyone eat at this disgusting restaurant.
