Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Eagle

I pick up delivery orders from this location every once in a while. The employees move extremely slow and take a long time to prepare the food. This is unacceptable. I do not have this issue at any of the other Cafe Rio locations. Please ensure the older white gentlemen who works the delivery orders improves his pace. He moves with zero urgency while customers are waiting in the lobby.

There 's a reason this location has such terrible reviews. Service is awful. Good number of employees just wander around. We ordered online and waited 45 minutes inside watching multiple groups walk in, order, eat and leave before we got our food. Spoke with the manager multiple times and they just kept saying they were working on it... I really like their food but won 't ever come back to this joke of a location

I am a big Cafe Rio fan but honestly, this location consistently gets app orders wrong. The salads we ordered had very little meat and instead of regular lettuce they did shredded lettuce so it was very soupy. I truly would have been better off using a spoon to eat it. The tortilla was supposed to be on the side and this is third time they have not given us tortillas. We have driven to the Meridian location the past few times because they are amazing. We thought we'd give this one another shot and it was probably even worse than the last few times we tried it. Hopefully they can figure it out since they are definitely hurting the Cafe Rio reputation.

Cafe Rio has the best food, I really wish there was a location in Canyon County though.

Learn how to cook rice. The rice was still hard. Salad was also not fresh. Very disappointing and never coming back
