The food is always so good. And we had an amazing server.

Slow service. Too loud in the restaurant. Meantime.

Where do I start... was the reservation for 7:30 and we got sometime after 8... then 15 minutes later they brought another couple for us to the table with... At 9 the strangers finished their food on our table and left before ours even came out. 90 minutes after our reservation. They also served me the cold pizza that was ready for 30 minutes while they made my meals painfully handmade. When I sent the pizza back, they served me as a substitute. My appointment was also undercooked. I dive a lot and I can't remember an experience where so much went wrong. Errors happen, but 5 mistakes? It was obvious that they could not accept the reservations they had, but OpenTable showed that they were far open in the evening. We will not return....

Reservation was 7:15. We arrived 5 minutes early. No place was taken until 19:50. The order was finally arrived at 8:35. At this point there were 4 or 5 empty tables, so not awfully crowded. Felt, as if the place was booked. Eating was okay.

Valentine’s Day. Exceptional service. Food was good. Tables (bench seat chair) too close together and noise level (people, music) too loud. PLEASE consider your handicapped customers and put out de-over when it’s snowy/icy … slippery and VERY unsafe trying to get from handicap spot around the back of cars, between cars and across the sidewalk to the door. Allow disabled patrons to park in front.
