These people at the DQ in Eagle River do great work for fast food in 2022! Went back many times.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. One lady was working the drive-thru to young girls were standing around doing nothing. All three of them looked right at me and never once acknowledged my presence. I ended up walking out no food no acknowledgment ofany kind

If you're looking for a good Dairy Queen, head to the one in Bessemer, MI. The Eagle River location, on the other hand, is disappointing. You should be embarrassed by the quality of service and food you provide to customers.

The quality of the food remains on par with what you would expect from teenagers; however, the treats were poorly mixed, almost as if they were rushed to complete all the orders. There was no one else in line, which makes the lack of attention to detail seem even lazier.

Your food is far superior to any fast food out there. I absolutely love Dairy Queen!
