Ihop - Eagle Pass

This location was really busy the wait was too long. Service was great but food really bad. Cold and incomplete.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots. But half of San Antonio has a disable parking permit.

There was a black bug in my food, I bought it to their attention and they just offered me more food. I thought to myself who wants to eat at the same place after being served a black bug! They also said i didn't have to pay for my meal, i thought to myself I should hope not! My cousin was afraid of going through her food, afraid she might encounter the same thing. Prior to the bug discovery, I noticed two employees (female and male) constantly looking at us and giggling. The bug encounter let's me know that the kitchen is a unclean and unsanitary.

A solid 3 due to thieve pancakes looking and tasting like the ones you get at hotels breakfast Buffet , Out of the automatic pancake maker, no flavor. Bacon so thin you actually could see through it. Service was good , but kitchen was slow , coffee weak , but one saving item was French toast.

Amazing client service and tasty food. Veggie options ? and comfort food. Great choice ?? in town.

One waitress brought our coffee she said our waitress would come and take our order. We ask the waitress that brought our coffee to take our order. She hesitated but she took our order. Another waitress brought our food, pancakes were cold butter would not melt. Toast was so hard as if had been sitting out all day and no butter.the waitress that was suppose too wait on us waited on the tables on either side of us. They got there food ate and left before we even got our order in.Were white we don't speak Spanish. She was there with Bill and never brought the change.back. we had breakfast in Pleasanton Ihop the day before. Service was great,food was great had th nicest waitress.
