Subway - Eagle Mountain

Subway is everywhere. Which means there are all sorts of people that go there. And also all sorts of people that end up there. Met a guy at this Subway that was from Texas and lived on a horse ranch and retrains racehorses. He had a 30 minute conversation with me as we both enjoyed the bussin Subway sandwiches we bought. Still not sure if he was real or if he was just a figment of my imagination, but this I know for sure: I had an unbelievable experience here. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarians have eaten here and there are many vegetarian options to choose from. Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat sub sandwiches or salads or chips or cookies or soda or water or freshly sliced meats, you probably will have a hard time finding something to eat here.

We ordered 2 Sandwiches on the Subway app. Both of the sandwiches were extremely disappointing and honestly, insulting. Whoever made them only put about 1/3 the amount of meat as usual, they were barely toasted, there was way too much lettuce, and there was only a tiny trace of chipotle sauce even though I selected for there to be extra chipotle. These were some of the worst sandwiches we’ve ever had from Subway and I’m extremely dissatisfied and downright offended that someone would have the audacity to make such a poor excuse of a sandwich and then serve it to a customer. I feel absolutely cheated. I want a refund and I might even go to the better business bureau. I’m so sick of being screwed over.

I have been to this location in the past, and I had a terrible experience. I do not usually write bad reviews because I believe that, at times, things are beyond the control of ownership and management, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt. My experience here today is so much better than my prior experiences. The employees were helpful, the restaurant was clean, and they greeted me as I entered and thanked me as I left. Kudos to whoever is working to turn things around; I can see a difference!

Sandwich artists Magick, Jasper, River gave me the best customer service, made the best sandwiches, and really impressed me with their ability to multitask while smiling, holding an interesting conversation, and making the subs exactly as I ordered them to be made! As a former manager of a large retail store of hundreds of employees, I can tell that they are the types of employees that I would hire in a heartbeat! They deserve raises for always going above and beyond for each customer!

Where is the manger or management! This place is a joke, no bread choices! staff sitting in counter why line of people wait to be served! One nice kid doing all the work! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Spicy Italian
