Terrible restaurant and incompetent staff. What is the point of making customers wait 15 minutes for sandwich? You should stop prioritizing mobile orders over people actually in the restaurant. Jimmy johns and subway are better anyways

Nigel is awesome! People like that make me want to come back. After trying the Wreck, it became my new favorite sandwich. I will be back for more of this goodness! It's life changing.

Tried to order shake and sandwich in-person. They told me “no shakes available today”. Called 30 min later to see if they have shakes and they said they do.The manager, in-person, lied to me saying they couldn’t do shakes today. Not sure why I was lied too. I’m assuming laziness or cause it was slightly busy.

The food was delicious and they took their time making sure our order was right. My kids enjoyed the grilled cheese, my husband loved the farmhouse salad, my mediterranean and veg soup was a hit after a long day. Thanks ?
