Papa John's Pizza - Eagan

The food was made right and delivered on time, everything was delicious. This would be a 5-star rating, but I can't figure out why they don't allow their employees and customers to have real contactless delivery. The delivery driver was super respectful and polite, but explains that they are not allowed to simply leave the food on the ground. I command most of my meals and don't run into this with another company. I'd rather leave my food on the ground, like everyone else, as a threat to expose your employees.

I asked for honey chipotle wing to cheat my friend and we get bbq. I personally like bbq, but it was kind of to ruin the cherry over our day as we asked we did not receive. the best part is the box was even marked with honey chipotle, but someone still managed to get it wrong.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant for the second time. This time, I forgot to use my credit card on the app and called to see if they could help. The person I spoke to seemed understanding and said I could update my payment in person. However, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that I was charged $29.98 instead of $22.89. If you're going to overcharge me, at least try to be less obvious about it. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

This is a four star strictly going off the constituent pizza ingredients but I think this place deserves a better rap. Both times I've ordered carryout from here they had a hot fresh pizza ready when they said it would be. The best? I mean come on. But it was completely whelming each time. And they pick up the phone when the other Eagan Papa John's can't or won't so there's something to be said for that, too.
