Ichiddo Ramen - Eagan

Delicious stuff, the Takoyaki is incredible and the Niku Soba Ramen is fantastic and surprisingly very filling. Packaging is excellent as well

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The tofu buns are excellent. If you’re vegan, order without mayo. My husband loves the crispy chicken buns. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We gave this location a try as we love the highland park saint paul location but was disappointed. Got none spicy broth for wife. broth tasted like water. chicken wasnt crispy. noodles lacked taste cause of flavorless broth. We dont recommend this location. Only thing with decent flavor was the chicken but it was still dull.

The Gyoza (6 Piece) were delicious and perfec prepared! The Spicy Miso Ramen was ordered at a level 5, but was a little underwhelming in the spice department. It was quite tasty, though, and the char siu was perfectly seasoned and cooked! Also, the liquid portion of my ramen was delivered on its side, with zero spillage. Ichiddo has great packaging along with tasty food.

Delicious! As good as any ramen shop in the Cities. The Char Siu broth was especially tasty today, and the Fried Tofu gained a new fan today as my wife got to finally try a dream bowl of real ramen. She loves it and it exceeded her admittedly anime related expectations! Packaging was on point! 5 stars, and honestly possibly better than St. Pauls also amazing location.
