The rice to fish portions were on point. My kids love the spicy crunchyrolls. Staff was attentive and ask me if I needed help. Over all this establishment have the best sushi deli. Would recommend and will go back.Vegetarian options: They have a selection of veggie rolls

The sushi is SO fresh and delicious. It was so fun to watch the chefs create the sushi I ordered!Dietary restrictions: You can order fresh so anything can be removed
Look, I realize that you can’t expect world class sushi (or even average) in Minneapolis. But my experience at Hissho sushi was just awful. The “roll” wasn’t even put together. It was just a pile of rice and some fish. I’ve never been served sushi this way before. Price was around $25.
