Buffalo Wild Wings - Eagan

Wait staff is hit or miss here but our last visit the waitress was stellar! Food is always consistent, you know what you're gonna get. Good wings with a variety of sauces. Always sports on the TVs.

Don?t bother ordering Uber eats here. They set my food on a rack and another person grabbed my food. When I called the restaurant they said they can?t remake my food and I would have to cancel my order to have a refund? all I wanted was my food.They should have a better system with handling delivery food.

Things you want when you go out to eat. Food is hot and tastes good. Servers are there if you need anything but not in your face. Place is clean. You don't have to wait an hour to be seated or served. They did all this for the most part. Although theywere short staffed and had a while section closed off. We ended up sitting in the bar. I don't blame a place for being shortstaffed these days. BUT if you have a problem keeping staff, think about paying a bit more and look at your management style.

The bartender lady was very rude to me and my guest. I felt disrespected on her comment about me paying for me and my guests check. Mentioned cutting me off at 6 drinks over ?company? policy? When I was there the week before and had over 12 drinks withno issue. I felt micro aggressions with racism from her. I am NOT happy with the service I had. I left a ZERO tip. This was yourbartender lady working 11/21/22 afternoon. I?m a recurring customer who spends good money here as I fly back and forth to Eaganon business trips. This location will NOT receive my business any longer thanks to this shady service.

Don't waste your time. Terrible service asked for cheese curds, told they didn't have them. Had to ask for everything, didn't receive silverware. didn't receive plates of any kind. Service was extremely slow we used to love buffalo wild wings but willdefinitely not return to this location.
