Additionally, there were no drinks offered, which made me regret not ordering meal combos and just asking for water instead. The soft tacos I ordered were served as hard tacos, and the steak grilled cheese burrito I received was a small, cheeseless burrito that lacked flavor. Overall, the food tasted terrible and it was not worth the money. It is clear that the owner has neglected this establishment and the staff lacks motivation. I would advise others to avoid this place and dine elsewhere.
The restaurant experience was not great. Despite placing my order and waiting for 8 minutes at the drive-through to be courteous, the service was slow. I waited at the microphone with two cars ahead of me, only to realize they were not parking for orders. After the car in front of me left the window, I went to collect my order but was asked to wait in a parking spot. After waiting for another 10 minutes, watching four cars pass through the drive-through without any wait, I decided to go inside. However, I had to wait again as no one seemed to notice me until I walked in and out through another door. I understand that staff members deserve to have a good time, but making customers wait 30 minutes for a taco with no modifications is frustrating, especially after a long day at work. I have let similar incidents at this location slide before, as mistakes can happen in fast food service, but it seems to be a recurring issue here.
