I have had better, not impressed, and low safety rating.

The food was so delicious and fresh. I would come here over and over again. I definitely would recommend.

I work at one of the warehouses close to the Hardee 's(4607 S. Alston Ave). I went for a QUICK bite to eat at about 11:50am. Maybe 1 car in the drive-thru, I had to go inside because I drive a large truck. 1 person ordering ahead of me. Basically the restaurant was slow. I order 2 double cheeseburgers, pay and get a cup of water. An employee is standing by the drink machine and we started making small talk. She was very happy and slurring her words. While I 'm trying to fill my cup, she doesn 't give me space; and was invading my personal space. 10 minutes go by and my food isn 't done. I only ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. No fries, just burgers. The manager comes around the corner from counting the register and notices me still standing in the empty dining room and asks about me. My food finally came after waiting 20 minutes for only 2 double cheeseburgers!!!!! I sit in my truck and with great wanting, take a bite of the cheeseburger.. cold as ice and it tasted old. I go back inside and ask for hot cheeseburgers. They start on my remake, and while I 'm waiting. The employee that was invading my personal space earlier said yeah, I don 't know why they cook the burgers at 8am; and just reheat the meat . I was very upset and expected that my burgers would be made fresh. I 've worked as a food service employee for 12 years, and I 've always enjoyed the flavor of Hardee 's burgers. Hardee 's burgers stand out from the bunch. I get my food after waiting another 10 minutes and I made the mistake of having faith in the employees and knowing my burgers were hot. I waited 30 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and hit the road. I get to my first stop light, and take a giant bite out of a burger... barely warm and the taste of reheated meat. I 've worked in burger joints and know what an old burger reheated, taste like. I was sooo disappointed and disturbed. I will never go back to that location again.

New favorite spot! Ordered the huarache and some tacos— al pastor and carne asada. Food was inexpensive, came out fast, and the owners were really nice!
