In search of the perfect pizza pie, I came upon Tomato Jake's while training in Durham. I ordered a small pizza and wings. When I went to pick it up, I had to wait a lil longer because it wasn't ready yet. After about 10 mins, I was informed that they accidentally made an XL pizza instead of a small, so they gave me the pizza for free....Sir, you got yourself a deal.
This place is always consistently good. Great pizza and great atmosphere.
My boyfriend and I love tomato Jake's. It's a great local restaurant. He loves the Italian subway sandwich. The large is big enough he can eat half and take the other half for lunch the next day. My favorite is the ranch dressing. It's the best ranch I've ever eaten. I wish I could bottle it and take it home with me.
Pretty dang good! We got the Monday special which I felt like was a great bang for our buck. The pizza is yummy and so is the salad.
