Rudino's Bull City - Durham

My man eats at least once the week at rudino in durham. he said her fiesta salad in big size, the small size with huh is more than enough to lunch. also the jalapeno poppers are great. very friendly people work there. excellent place for a pizza, sub and more shop.

I have only been to the N Pointe Dr. location, across from Costco. So this review is specifically based on that Rudino's. I have been a newer customer to Rudino's around a handful of times so far. The exceptional customer service and the awesome Italian food reminds me of my hometown Pittsburgh, PA. It is rare to find a place around Durham that reminds me of my hometown, and for that they have gained a loyal customer for as long as I live in Durham. The fantastic experience I had with employees like Eric, the very gracious/professional Assistant Manager. Polo and Danny, both very talented with exceptional cooking skills. Sid, with his respectful/professional customer service skills. Brian, last but not least, undoubtedly makes the best ranch dressing in Durham, NC. My family and I have tried quite a few of their menu options and were never disappointed. I encourage everyone I know to take a look at the great variety of options they create and serve at Rudino's and have yet to hear anything but stellar responses regarding the food and customer service. Thank you Rudino's, for the great customer service and the awesome food! We'll be back soon!

Food is always so good and comes out really fast after you order. Its made to order so its fresh, hot, and delicious!! Great customer service. Ashley working the register was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back soon.

The pizza is really good here! They have great weekday specials from 4-8pm. I will say the reason they don't get 5 stars is because the ambiance isn't great. They don't turn on all the lights so half the place looks like a tomb. It just feels sad and depressed but it is the last Durham Rudinos so I can't really complain.

Hi just want to say that as a regular customer we will not be returning...your small cheese every Wednesday was a treat for my daughter and I! Last week we noticed it was just thrown together and today i was quoted a time but still had to wait when i walked in they tossed it into the oven. As I’m sitting at work i notice it’s cold lacks cheese and not fresh at all! Ashley i think that’s her name was always pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure my pizza was presentable i guess with her not being there when i placed my order or went to pick up the Hispanic ladies do whatever just to get it out the door! Not what i expected at all!
