Cook Out - Durham

She has an insecure attitude, just because she forgot my sauce. then even got crazy because I asked for extra sauce. I would like to tell them that this is not the case.

Cookout deserves to be talked about with the reverence people normally reserve for In-n-out. But with better selection. And everything is delicious with great prices! I always have a consistent experience at cookout. Great stuff.

I regularly visit this location and can say from my experience that they are very fast and efficient like most other Cook-Out locations. The one thing I will say is that when it hits peak hours and get busy the parking lot gets very congested and difficult to navigate to really no fault of Cook-Out though it can potentially take away from your experience.

I give this cookout 5 stars when other people are working besides RUKAYAT. Every time I hear her voice I know my order is about to be wrong and I can expect her to be extremely rude with no kind of mannerisms. She?s super incompetent of getting your order correct. Here?s why: She TALKS more than she listens. If she did not hear you, you will get the rudest ?what? of your life. You?ll try adding extra toppings to your sandwich and she will literally ignore you and proceed to ask about your sides. Ma?am, I?m not finished talking first of all. WORST employee there.

The store is not clean, inside the roaches every where inside the store ,the smell is really nasty, but really the store needs more attention from the headquarters at Thomasville, NC I really quit from my job there because of the store is really nasty, and I don't prefer that anyone eats over there untill thay make a full restorations for that place.and the managers are the worst. I am gonna report the store to the headquarters as soon as possible. And I hope thay will take immediate action for this store.
