Chipotle Mexican Grill - Durham

2 dishes ordered. after 1 hour after the fight against the traffic to home. started eating and rice is boiled. service was fast, restaurant was clean.

I have been putting an order online about the website and it was not my order that was delivered when I resturant her refused to fix it with pictures of what I ordered and I showed what I would use with email them to send them from the order data, and they argued for 30 minutes and then called the police and so I did not want to deal with the police they would ask only to leave them! I have left a very unsatisfactory customer!

Love chipotle! fast, delicious and fresh. However, they must stop increasing their prices. I think the chicken burrito has gone up 4 times last year!

I went out of my way(drove 10 miles since my nearest chipotle closes at 7pm) and ordered a good high protein and carb meal after my workout, they took my order fine but all my double protein and double carbs was billed for someone else as I got someone else's food until i reached home which i found out... I went home eating veggies and white rice. I'm not mad but this was poor service

Poor Service Staff unable to speak English when you are trying to request items for your order putting food on the spoon for bowls then shaking it off to decrease portions. Will not be back here or possibly any Chipotle Will go to Mo's or an authentic Tex Mex Restaurant.
