Captain D's - Durham

I bought the fish trio with Mac cheese and string beans and enjoyed it very much. Actually, I came back almost the next night. It was really delicious.

Every time I pass through the drive through 11/16 midday and 11/17 dinner, the person waiting for me is always wonderful and beautiful and smiling. I told them that eating was so good, I went three times to follow, eating was so good and tasty and hot when I came to the house.

Captain D's string beans taste like someone cooked them for their family with love. I love the guy who's on the window and the front register is running, he's so pleasant.

To eat one of our favorite places! My husband and I love Captain D. I'm from Arkansas and ate as a teenager at Captain D, so this place reminds me of home.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. I rarely leave a five-star glowing review for a restaurant.... But the day I visited. (I live about an hour away) The woman working drive-thru was so sweet and kind. It's so refreshing to honestly have that level of a friendliness and service these days. The fish was really hot and fresh and was still warm by the time I got home! I didn't even know we had a Captain D's within a decent driving distance. I live in Clayton. But now that I do, I will make the drive once a month or so and pick up some Captain D's fish because if you're a fan of the restaurant... You know they have the best fish! Thank you so much for being so kind and sweet and I'll see you soon hopefully! Keep being awesome! Highly recommend thos restaurant! Also I read the other review about being discriminatory against white people.... I'm white as snow and the drive-thru lady was black and she was super kind to me so I don't know who they were dealing with but they treated me awesome.
