Bidra med feedbackNot a huge choice of food, but what there is, is excellent and inexpensive. The wine choice is extensive and I had one of the nicest Rose wines that I have drunk in a long time. The service is very efficient and friendly. I cannot think of a better place to have a light lunch in the area.
We stopped into Duras on a Sunday for a quick walk around and to pass the time, the main Chateau was open along with about five or six restaurants. This little place is just on the main road through the small town and as it was a hot day the kids wanted ice-cream, this looked the most inviting. A good selection of ice creams and a nice seating area out front to enjoy them, two ice creams and two coffees came to 8.90 euros. The chap who served us was friendly and helpful and had a great moustache, the menu also looked good and a tapas style as others have mentioned. Would definitely return for dinner and the kids left happy which made my life easier for about 1 hour.
This is a lovely little restaurant for locals and visitors alike always a warm welcome, and now serving a selection of British beers from Adnams and Black Sheep breweries!!
Stop beer at a motorcycle rando. At first sight it was the only open bar on duras this afternoon of 30 December. A warm welcome with a smile. As a bonus we left with a good bottle of wine, as the bar also makes wine cellar, with small personalized advice. Anyway, one without a mistake. I recommend without hesitation.
A great time spent with friends (ies), it's fabulous. We booked, our table was waiting for us and the welcome that goes with. Smiles, availability, good advice are the master words of the entire staff of this establishment. We have spent an excellent day thanks to them, we have very well restored the boards are great, the wine is excellent and the sublime ice creams, not to mention the shop that offers exceptional products that we will not fail to come looking for occasion. Thank you to all three
