Beautiful surroundings, very helpful owners and the food and wine was beautiful. The menu is extensive, but the food is fresh and the truffle ham was excellent as the quiche. The wine was beautiful.

No large selection of foods, but what there is is excellent and inexpensive. The wine selection is extensive and I had one of the most beautiful rose wines I've been drinking for a long time. The service is very efficient and friendly. I can't think of a better place to have a light lunch in the area.

Friendly and warm-hearted people serving sweet and savoury treats and excellent coffee (and real hot chocolate, my friends tell me). This has become a regular haunt!

Popped in for a quick bite , restaurant right next to the castle , very welcoming . We had a mixed charcuterie platter and a local ewes cheese plate , the truffle ham was memorable . A local bottle of the oaked red was full...bodied and delicious . We were full but had a couple of boules of the home made ice cream, the lemon meringue one really was the best I’ve ever had . If you like hams , chorizo , local cheeese and wine , this is the place for you . Just remembered ! The local Sauvignon blanch was excellent as well

Lovely place to stop for a glass of wine and some tapas or a plat . Good seating area outside in the summer. A pleasant environment and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. The ice cream is particularly good! Quieter in winter but still a...good place to relax with a glass of wine.
