Small bistro concentrated on lunch / brunch options, partly outdoors located in modern shopping area. With Northern Mexican meat, I was impressed by their vegan options, although you had to ask the waiter when they were out of the menu. They said the menu was changed and tested as they had just opened, so it is possible that these items will be visible “on menu” next time! During my first visit I had Chilaquiles in Salsa ranchero (a Beany sauce) with avocado and vegan cheese. During my second visit I had molleten it was vegan cheese and special mushroom chorizo. Both were great, and the baguette was particularly delicious as they make it in the house daily. You also have great vegan drinks options. (Smoothies, golden milk, green juice, etc.)
